Shipping and Delivery

Covered in Diamonds LLC ARE NOT liable for lost or stolen packages. All packages will require a signature for delivery. Your shipping address,billing, and debit/credit card address must match or your order will not be fulfilled. Due to Covid-19 shipping can take up to 5-10 business days, 3-6 for local customers in Milwaukee. I offer free drop off delivery for local customers in Milwaukee. Two delivery attempts will be made. In the event the delivery attempts are unsuccessful I will ship your package to the address you listed to place your order. Once an order is successfully placed we will not cancel or refund any PENDING orders.

Return policy

Covered in Diamonds LLC isn't responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We go through the proper procedures to ensure all customers receive their packages. We DO NOT offer refunds. 

Exchanges

All hair must be in it's natural state meaning: no dyes, no chemicals, unraveling of hair, or cutting of wefts to be eligible for an exchange. You are allowed to exchange hair at the same rate is was purchased but you are responsible for shipping costs unless Covered in Diamonds is at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for new hair. Covered in Diamonds will not ship out any new hair for exchanges until we have received the hair that's being exchanged. If hair has been altered in anyway it will be sent back with no exchange!
